Hey, I'm Jordan!
Welcome to the Growth Edge Project. I really appreciate you stopping by. I'd love to work with you and help take you & your company to the growth edge and beyond!
Experience
I have been a People leader at four venture-backed tech companies where I supported and advised leaders & employees through hypergrowth, including reaching unicorn status! I bring 15+ years of hands-on experience as an HR and People Development leader, delivering consistent high-quality work that enhances organizational performance.
Passions
I am an expert builder & creator; I love the challenge of building something from nothing. I have built many People/HR and employee engagement & retention programs from the ground up. Additionally, I am an accomplished coach, advisor, and facilitator with extensive experience scaling company culture & leadership effectiveness. I love helping leaders & organizations win!
Industries
My industry experience spans the healthcare, financial services, consumer, & education markets with an emphasis on high-growth technology businesses.
History
I started my career as a university administrator & instructor (loved teaching Ethics & Power in Leadership to university seniors) and sit today as Director, People & Culture at a unicorn tech company with responsibilities for learning & development, employee engagement & retention, diversity, equity, & inclusion, & employee communications.
