Our Founder
For those who may not know me, I'm Jordan King, founder of the Growth Edge Project. I have been a People leader at four venture-backed tech companies where I supported and advised leaders & employees through hypergrowth, including reaching unicorn status! I bring 15+ years of hands-on experience as an HR and People Development leader, delivering consistent high-quality work that enhances organizational performance.
After building HR programs and services for others, I wanted to try my hand at building something of my own. I'm so excited to bring the Growth Edge Project and my expertise in employee engagement, development, & retention to others. What's Coming
I've got big plans for the Growth Edge Project! In the short term, I will be launching the business, growing my social media presence, and networking with colleagues, friends, and potential clients. You'll see a monthly free webinar on topics for people managers and HR teams. This summer, expect manager-focused, downloadable guides for front-line managers; these will include step-by-step directions on how to effectively manage employees. Later in the year, I will be delivering my first virtual course, an accessible online class on manager fundamentals. I will be driving these initiatives while partnering with corporate clients to drive employee engagement, development, & retention in their organizations.
